Ed Hebda has been active in enterprise-level IT consulting and management for more than 20 years. Under Ed's direction, Napersoft's on going customer satisfaction programs continue to enjoy the industries' highest levels of customer loyalty.
Prior to Napersoft, Ed was Co-founder and Senior Consulting Services Manager at Sysgenics, Inc., a private IT consulting and training services company specializing in financial and Customer Relationship Management-based solutions for the insurance industry. He also served as Manager of Consulting Services at Avatar, Inc. where he provided IT consulting services for clients of financial and CRM-based solutions.
Ed received his Bachelor of Science in information systems and computer programming from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN.
